How Access Works
What happens if I cancel Premium?
You keep Premium access through the end of your paid billing period. After that, Premium-only puzzles lock again, but free puzzles remain available.
What happens to books I purchased?
Nothing changes. Individually purchased digital books remain permanently unlocked on your account.
Do I lose my puzzle progress if Premium ends?
No. Your saved puzzle progress remains connected to your account so you can return to it later if you regain access.

- Digital books you purchase and your Premium membership status.
- Puzzle progress, completed puzzles, favorites, and related saved preferences.

- Create and manage your Chiller Puzzles account.
- Provide access to free, purchased, and Premium puzzle content.
- Save your puzzle progress and make it available when you return.
- Send account-related messages, including secure sign-in links and service notices.

Payments
Payments and subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Chiller Puzzles does not store your full credit or debit card number.

We may send emails needed to operate your account, including magic-link sign-in emails, purchase information, subscription information, and important service notices. Promotional email, if offered, will be handled separately from essential account communications.

The simple rules that apply when you create an account, solve puzzles, purchase a digital book, or use Chiller Puzzles Premium.

By using this website, creating an account, purchasing a digital book, or subscribing to Premium, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Accounts
Some features require a Chiller Puzzles account. Our account experience uses email-based sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account and for keeping your account access secure.
Free puzzle access
Chiller Puzzles may provide a limited number of free puzzles from eligible collections. Free content may vary by collection and may change as the service evolves.
Digital book purchases
Digital books purchased individually are one-time purchases. Once purchased, the digital collection remains associated with your Chiller Puzzles account, subject to these Terms and continued operation of the Chiller Puzzles service. A purchase gives you personal access to the digital content; it does not transfer copyright ownership.
Premium membership
Premium provides access to eligible digital puzzle collections while the membership is active. Premium-eligible content may expand or change over time. Access through Premium does not convert a Premium book into an individually purchased book.
Puzzle progress
Chiller Puzzles may save puzzle progress to your account so you can continue later. We make reasonable efforts to preserve saved progress, but uninterrupted storage or availability cannot be guaranteed.
Personal use only
Chiller Puzzles content is for personal, non-commercial use. Unless expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publish, scrape, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the puzzles, artwork, website, or digital content, or attempt to bypass access controls.
Intellectual property
Chiller Puzzles branding, Natural Born Chiller branding, Chill mascot artwork, puzzle designs, book artwork, written content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Service availability
We may update, modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue portions of the website when reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chiller Puzzles is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or digital content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Premium membership
Chiller Puzzles Premium is currently $4.99 per month. Premium provides access to eligible digital puzzle collections while your subscription remains active.
Automatic renewalPremium renews automatically each month until canceled. Subscription payments are processed through Stripe.
Canceling Premium
You may manage or cancel your Premium membership through your Chiller Puzzles Account page. When you cancel:
- Your Premium access continues through the end of your current paid billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing period after the cancellation becomes effective.
- Premium-only puzzles become unavailable after the paid-through date unless you have separately purchased the applicable book.
- Your saved puzzle progress remains connected to your account.
- Books purchased individually remain available to you.
Individually purchased digital books
Digital books purchased separately for $6.99 are one-time purchases. Canceling Premium does not remove access to books you purchased individually.
Returning to Premium
If you later subscribe again, saved puzzle progress that remains associated with your account can be available when you regain access to the applicable content.
